Price Increase Notification
Dear Valued Customer,
I’m afraid this is another one of those letters you’ve probably already had many of in the past few weeks!
We have tried to prevent increasing our prices for as long as possible because of course we want to provide our products at a competitive price and keep our high standards of quality.
However, the recent increase in the price of the raw materials and deliveries etc is now too great for us to absorb, and we regrettably have no choice other than to implement a slight increase on products and deliveries.
This is due to multiple price increases over the last couple of years, including 4 this year alone from our suppliers.
We wanted to take this opportunity to explain why we must do so and not just spring it on you unexplained and unjustified.
The price increases will happen after the Easter Holidays when we get a chance to input them into our database system.
Again, we truly are sorry for the increase, however we’ve been holding off for some time now and our costs have gone up in all areas many times which has forced us to make this decision.
We have of course tried everything we can to avoid a price increase, but unfortunately not to do so would directly affect our ability to trade. We would like to apologise in advance for any problems that the price increase may cause.
We hope that you will understand our situation and will continue to support our products and family run company.
